The referral rewards platform, Aklamio, hired me to redesign their B2B and B2C sites, and create online marketing assets to drive traffic to the new pages. On another project for Aklamio I identified opportunities in the product design. I conducted UX heuristic evaluations of their product, mapping customer journeys and pain points whilst gathering input from various departments, and then redesigned the flows and UI. The revised design resulted in a significant increase in signups, shares and conversions.
