I was invited in the early stages, to design a new influencer marketing platform. Initially the sole designer on the team, working autonomously across UX design, UI design, as well as branding for the product, I led the design aspect for this extensive platform. Initially rolling out an MVP, we rapidly iterated following user research, adding new features and adjusting earlier ones. I led a Design Sprint using Google’s methodologies in order to ascertain the best approach to new functionalities. As the organisation grew and more UI and UX designers joined, I created a design system library with documentation and assisted in creating a design process and workflow for the team. I also took part in more ‘blue-sky’ research involving interviewing users and prototyping for possible future directions. Overall it was a challenging and satisfying project to work on.
